Diana's Favorite Macaroni and Cheese Recipe From Creamettes®

1 (7ounce) package or 2 cups uncooked Creamettes® Elbow Macaroni, cooked as package directs and drained. 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons margarine or butter 1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour 1 teaspoon dry mustard
    2 ½ cups milk

Preheat oven to 375º. In medium saucepan, melt margarine, stir in flour, mustard and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until mixture thickens slightly (mixture should coat spoon). Remove from heat. Add 1½ cups cheese; stir until melted. Stir in cooked mararoni. Turn into greased 1½-quart shallow baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly. Refrigerate leftovers.


David's Favorite Potato Salad Recipe From Julia Jones

8 small or 6 medium-large baking potatoes
4 or more hard-boiled eggs
sweet pickles (chopped) or sweet pickle relish
chopped onion (optional)
Miracle Whip Salad Dressing or Mayonnaise

These quanties will serve ~4 people. You can increase the number of potatoes and eggs as desired to serve more people.

Peel and dice potatoes. Boil potatoes in water with a little salt for 20-30 minutes. Drain water.

Boil eggs 12-14 minutes.

Mix potatoes, chopped eggs, chopped pickles, Miracle Whip, and optionally, chopped onion.
